Returns and General Order Information
- We hope you will love your order, but if it is not quite right, returning it to us is easy. You can return unused, unwashed, unworn, un-scuffed, unmarked items with their original tags, packaging and receipt to us within 14 days of receipt for a full online store credit.
- Note: We do not issue refunds.
- Note: Merchandise that has been clearly worn, stained, or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.
- Note: Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.
- Note: Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the items(s) excluding any shipping and handling charges.
- Sale items, swimwear, yoga pants, bodysuits, intimates, undergarments and all accessories, such as jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags and belts are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Returns for Online purchases in store
- Orders returned in store will be issued a store credit.
- Note: Refunds are not authorized.
- Note: Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return for a store credit.
Exchanges
- Due to our limited quantities and the high demand of our products, we may be unable to offer similar exchanges on any items. As such, returned merchandise will be processed for an online or store credit.
Defects or Problems with Your Order?
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at admin@karishmaboutique.com within two (2) days to inform us of the issue. Request that you include a photo of the damage or defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Note: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt of the order to receive a store or online credit.
Refunds and Processing
- Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing once Karishma Boutique receives the returned merchandise.
- Once processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your online store credit that you can use on future purchases at KarishmaBoutique.com.
- Please Note: Online Store credit does not expire.
